Kaiser’s Room seeks musical theatre writer(s) to help create our next inclusive, multi-sensory, musical for individuals of all abilities.
Kaiser’s Room intends to create a new show in the Spring/Summer of 2019 utilizing community stakeholders, parents/caregivers, professionals in the cognitive/developmental disability field, and multidisciplinary artists as collaborators to create a show that provides a safe and supportive environment for imagination, connection, and of course fun.
To be considered please submit the following materials:
1) Resumé
2) Cover letter outlining your interest in this particular type of work
3) Writing Sample (no more than 20 pages) AND/OR Links to up to 3 music samples
*If submitting as a writing team please submit #’s 1& 2 for both collaborators.
Kaiser’s Room is a not-for-profit service organization that provides the opportunity for imagination and connection through theatre and dance for students of all ages and abilities. We support the artist community by providing employment that not only is fiscally profitable but feeds the soul. Kaiser's Room cultivates an environment of YES in all programs and interactions by providing safe, supportive, and fun environments for students and artists alike.
