10ft Tall are now accepting script submissions! As a company, we are always on the lookout for fresh, new voices with something to say. We wish to hear from anyone who feels they have pieces that will help deliver a quality and unique experience to audiences in the North East of Scotland.
Criteria
We are particularly interested in this type of work:
- We welcome both published and unpublished submissions. As well as brand new plays and pieces that have been performed previously.
- We are particularly interested in plays with a cast between 1-5 characters.
- Tells a story that is relevant and applicable to the North East of Scotland.
- Challenges the ideas and conventions of what theatre can be.
How can I submit?
Submissions should be sent to 10fttalltheatre@gmail.com with the heading 'Script Submission'. In the body of the email, please provide a brief synopsis of your play, as well as a breakdown of your experience as a writer. Please attach a PDF version of your script.
Please note our team are unable to give individual feedback on pieces at this stage. We will be in touch if we're in the position to take things further with your script.
