Clairemont Act One Community Theater is currently accepting submissions for its Fall production of original One-Acts.  Performance is scheduled for November 16, 17, 23 and 24. This production is a collaboration of volunteer playwrights (thus, no royalties, sorry), directors, actors and techs. Get your work out into the world! You can see some of Act One’s history and productions of the past 7 years at: http://clairemontactone.org/

To submit your play,

1. Please put the word “Submission” as well as the title of your play in the subject line of your email. For example: Submission – All The Way From California.
2. Attach your play as a Word document or PDF with your name, email and play title on each page. Do not cut and paste your submission into the email.
3. Attach a brief synopsis of your play as well as a character breakdown as separate documents.
4. Submit one play at a time, if submitting multiple scripts.
5. We will be looking for any genre short plays appropriate for a general audience, approx 10 minutes to 30 minutes in length. Comedies and spoofs are especially welcome.
6. Send submission to info@clairemontactone.org 

 by July 15 2018.
