The Winter of Iran's Discontent? Destabilizing Iran & Pakistan

YADC- Yet another destabilization campaign!
Let's stroll down memory lane- PFYT's memory lane that is!!!!
Flashback:  2014: US/Israel &GCC nations strike Syria- Khorasan and Updates
A total of eight U.S. air attacks carried out in Syria’s largest city were aimed at the "Khorasan Group," described in a U.S. Central Command statement as an organization of Al Qaeda veterans.
The Aleppo campaign marked an expansion of the bombing effort launched initially against strongholds of Islamic State in eastern Syria, conducted by U.S. planes, drones and ships with the help of five Arab nations.

The strikes indicate that the U.S. air campaign in Syria has broader objectives than going after the Islamic State, the target of the attacks in eastern Syria.
Oh and btw- the new terror group- Khorasan?
  • Greater Khorasan, a historic region which lies mainly in modern-day Iran. It was previously known as Parthia; later, during the Sassanid era, it was changed to Khorasan.
Oops I mean Khorasan, yeah, yeah, Khorasan

Why are they called Khorasan?

Khorasan was an ancient province of eastern Persia, which the group aims to recreate.
Why are they a threat to the United States?
Because the US always needs an enemy to justify it's war making?
Which nation is next on the NATO/US/Israel hit list ? You already know it! Iran.
Khorasan connects us neatly to Iran. How is that for pre-selling the next war?
I'm going to use part of WizOz's comment to intro the Kurdish aspect of Iran's present day "protests"
USrael would never give up the projects of Kurdistan and Ukraine as 'Second and third Israels'.
It looks like the 'spontaneous protests against corruption (what else!) in Iran have a wider scope: redirection of Kurds against Iran.
Of course Usrael would never give up on their pet project! I had mentioned this exact fact when too many others were suggesting the plan was finished. Au contraire.

Flashback: Pt.2: Reports of Kurdistan's Death are Greatly Exaggerated: All Eggs Not Exclusive to Barzani

It's been reported here on many occasions that the Kurds would play a role in the destabilization of Iran-

Flashback- 2015: P5+1 is a distraction. Early Seeds of Iranian destabilization cross the Turkish border

Flashback - Kurds on the Attack in Iran- As Predicted .
The PDKI—a left-wing Kurdish nationalist group formed in 1945—announced on February 26 that it was restarting its “armed resistance against the Islamic Republic of Iran”

Another Kurdish opposition faction in Iran, the Kurdistan Freedom Party, (PJAK) announced Friday that it too was resuming its armed operations in Iran.
In case you've forgotten, the most recent ISIS terror attack in Tehren was perpetrated by those that identify themselves as Kurds!

Flashback: June/17-  Iranian Kurds Responsible for ISIS Attacks in Tehran

Let's recall the MEK? Yet another player in the Iran destabilization plan:

Flashback 2012:  The US delists MEK terror group, how timely and convenient
Years of hard work by the MEK, their lobbyists, parts of the Israel lobby (esp. when it overlaps with the anti-Iran lobby and the neocons) have finally borne fruit. A rather strange, cultish organization that once bombed Iran's parliament is no longer on the US list of designated terrorist organizations. It comes at the time of the most concerted effort to put pressure on the Iranian republican regime since its creation, and with much talk of war as background chatter.

Flashback 2012: Close an MEK terror camp (Camp Ashram(f)) & worry Washington: Syria/Iran

Flashback 2016: Attack on Baghdad: Attack on Camp Liberty- MEK Terrorists aka Dissidents

Prior to Camp Liberty there was Camp  Ashram- And the MEK- with 3000 residents. Ive written about the MEK previously- Terrorists and their supporters (US military included)

Flashback Nov. 2017: Murder in The Hague: Saudi-Iranian Proxy War Heats Up

Shot dead this week on a street in The Hague, Ahmad Mola Nissi may have died the violent life he lived, but his murder suggests a possible retching up of the proxy war between Saudi Arabia and Iran as well as a step towards Saudi-US-efforts to destabilize Iran by stirring unrest among its ethnic minorities.
A 52-year-old refugee from Iran in the Netherlands since 2005, Mola Nissi headed a militant nationalist group of Iranian Arabs that intermittently attacked targets in Khuzestan, Iran’s oil-rich province populated by a large Iranian Arab community. The targets of attacks in 2005, 2006 and 2013 included oil facilities, the office of the governor in the regional capital of Ahwaz, other government offices, and banks.

We'll take this background into the present in the second post and factor Pakistan into this destabilization.
